Abstract
- The article discusses the study that compared real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) sensitivity after ribonucleic acid (RNA) extraction for Newcastle disease virus (NDV) of RNeasy Mini Kit, Mag MAX -96 Avian Influenze (AI)/ND Viral RNA Isolation Kit and TRIZOL LS. Findings discussed include lowest cycle threshold (Ct) values in rRT-PCR with RNeasy Mini Kit from assay technologies provider Qiagen, and shorter processing by Mag MAX -96 AI/ND Viral RNA Isolation Kit.
