Abstract
- The article presents research that aims to improve accuracy of early detecting colorectal cancer through stool DNA integrity analysis. It informs that DNA from stool was extracted from 241 samples using manual and semiautomatic extraction systems and DNA was further analyzed using fluorescence long DNA (FL-DNA) tests by capillary electrophoresis (CE) and real time (RT) assays. It informs that RT FL-DNA analysis improved the quality of DNA from stool samples.
