Abstract
- The article discusses research related to national trends in cervical cancer screening among insured women in the U.S. during 2001-2010. The research examined three-year Papanicolaou (Pap) test rates among 4.2 million women enrolled in a national health plan during 2001 to 2010, plotted socioeconomic characteristics along with age. The result showed that commercially insured women in 21-29 years age group showed stable three-year Pap testing rates.
