Abstract

The article presents a study which examined genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) among African Americans. Topics discussed include the prevalence and survival rate of RCC, an analysis of common single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) among African Americans, and SNP associations by RCC histology.
