Abstract
- The article offers information on strategies for the use of food fortified with vitamin D to address the malnutrition of infants and children in India. Topics discussed include the sponsorship of nutritional programs for malnourished children, provision of fortified food for the lunches of school children and assessment of the nutritional value of fortified junk food.
