Abstract

An essay is presented in which the author explores the trials of death penalty case Strickler v. Greene. Topics discussed include charges of robbery, abduction, and murder against Tommy David Strickler, who is a borderline mentally retarded, relief to Strickler by the U.S. Supreme Court by allowing judicial review of the exculpatory statements, and the grant of habeas corpus to Strickler.
