Abstract

The article presents a study which explores the age and gender differences which lead to unsporting attitudes of young ice hockey players. The study uses age and gender as variables in research. The study shows older players and boys have unsportsmanlike attitudes and social approval compared to girls and younger players. Moreover, the approval from teammate is one of the predominant factor which prove peers influence moral attitudes in ice hockey.
