Algunas consideraciones sobre el delito de adulterio: un proceso de finales del siglo XVIII.

This article discusses the history, development, and reform of laws related to adultery in Spain during the late 18th through to the first half of the 20th centuries. The author comments on the changes made to the criminal codes as well as the criminal justice system itself. He also considers the emphasis on an examination into the behavior and family life surrounding the crime of adultery in order to deliver an appropriate punishment. The familial impact of adultery at the time is also explored.
