Sir Peter Hall: From Kondratieff Waves to the Soul of the Delta.

I had been fortunate to know Professor Peter Hall as a student at Berkeley. This essay is about my memory of Peter as a scholar, teacher, and mentor. I wish to highlight Peter's versatility in his scholarship, by focusing on his work creativity and the city in his book, Cities in Civilization.
