Abstract
- The article offers the author's view on the seafood dish, Ceviche, in Florida. He mentions its significant existence in the appetizer list of restaurant menus which give a permanent effect on palates worldwide. He notes Starfish Grille restaurant chef Ed Slabinski who states its compatibility with other foods. He also points out its availability in other eating establishments including El Patio and El Gaucho Inca as well as the Thistle Lodge at Casa Ybel Resort.
