Abstract

The article discusses several non-flying jobs in aviation industry. It states that 560 women, out of 19,601 people, are licensed technicians in Canada. Apart from air pilot careers, there has been a demand for aviation maintenance engineers (AMEs) for maintenance of aircraft and they granted M License for any work allotted. It talks about the role of flight attendants and states that they are an integral part of the flight crew. The role of Flight Dispatchers is also discussed.
