2014 year-end update on corporate non-prosecution agreements and deferred prosecution agreements (Part 1).

The article presents the authors' comments on the 2014 year-end update on corporate non-prosecution agreements and deferred prosecution agreements. It discusses several changes reflected in the U.S. government's use of deferred prosecution agreements and non-prosecution agreements in 2014. It is predicted that the trend toward increased use of these agreements will continue due to a number of developments in negotiated resolutions.
