Birds, Bulbs and Other Harbingers of Spring.

The article explores the harbringers of spring which include bulbs and birds. The Wisconsin Gardener Program is highlighted which considers the Galanthus species as early-blooming perennial spring bulbs. Two animals that are also considered harbringers of spring are mentioned which include the sandhill cranes and the spring peeper frogs.
