Abstract

The article discusses the throwing frame configurations classified by nonprofit sports governing body International Paralympic Committee among athletes who throw from a seated position based on their neuromusculoskeletal impairments affecting the activity. It notes the authors' developed standardized seating configurations, one with assistive pole and one without. Results suggest that non-disabled people preferred seated throwing configurations.
