EVOLUŢIA REGLEMENTĂRILOR PRIVIND PERSOANA JURIDICĂ ÎN ROMÂNIA.

The legal person, artificial creation of the law or real existence? Without pretending to answer this question, and taking into consideration the fact that the theories concerning the legal person do not make the object of this article, we intend make an analysis of the Romanian legislation regarding the institution of the legal person from its earliest times to our days. This article makes a short overview of the provisions concerning the institution of legal person underlining its particularities during each period of its evolution. Some of the theories assumed by Romanian scholars are also mentioned. We also dedicate some attention to the provisions regarding the legal person in the New Civil Code, underlining the character of novelty and the unification spirit behind this provisions.
