Abstract
- The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the safety of sorafenib therapy in adults with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Researchers evaluated the use of sorafenib with 51 patients. They found that the drug was well tolerated and had a positive effect on quality of life in elderly patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
