Perspectives on the Mental Health Act 2014 (Vic).

The article discusses the perspectives and revisions of the New Mental Health Act 2014 (MHA) of Victoria. Included in the perspectives and revisions discussed are the promotion of collaborative decision making, new conditions for the management of involuntary treatment, and the role of the Mental Health Tribunal in the protection of consumers' rights.
