The article focuses on judicial review of the case R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. v. FDA by the U.S Supreme Court. Topics discussed include the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (FSPTCA), the Graphic Warning Rule enacted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that requires tobacco manufacturers to use graphic warning labels on cigarette packages, and the case Central Hudson Electric Corp. v.
