Abstract

The article focuses on sampling of cosmetics. People wants to try new products if they are free. The cosmetic companies spend billions of dollars on marketing through sampling. A survey found that about 92% of consumers would buy a new product if they liked it after receiving a sample. The samples need to contain enough product to be useful.
