Abstract: The article presents a study on the use of RNA-based assays in assessing TP53, a regulator of the DNA-damage response pathway, functionality in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It discusses the aims of the study, the characterization of CLL, and mutational analysis of TP53 and ATM regulators.
