Trai to soon release paper on broadband roll-out.

The article informs that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is expected to release a paper on the nation-wide roll-out of broadband services by the end of September 2014. According to Rahul Khullar, chairman of TRAI, views of public on issues related to broadband services will also be invited. Khullar also revealed that a consultation paper on the regulatory framework for the Over-The-Top (OTT) players like Whatsapp, WeChat, Skype, etc. will also be released soon.
