Abstract
- The article discusses the design elements of six residential houses in the Washington D.C. area. The 1951 house purchased by Alexandre Infingardi in Hollin Hills was remodeled with architectural business partner Denise Dermody to reflect contemporary and international tastes. Rob and Laurie DiRocco recount reorganizing their colonial house in the Vienna locality to provide more room for their family while Maureen and Ray O'Bryan remodeled their Bethesda house into a Craftsman design.
