A Pipeline for Diversity.

The article discusses the diversity goals in the accounting profession in the U.S. Data from the Bureau of the Census and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) showed the decline of African-Americans and Hispanics in the accounting degree enrollment and accounting profession due to misperception about accounting as a career despite intensive efforts.
