Abstract
- The article focuses on the 2009 amendments to the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act of 2007 of Arkansas. Topics discussed include the U.S Supreme Court case Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank & Trust based on the due process, the Arkansas Supreme Court case Gorman v. Ratliff that addressed the self-help evictions by the landlord that were illegal and the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
