Growing Pains.

The article highlights the economic and political developments in Bhutan after it confronted cultural, political, and linguistic conflicts prior to the July 2013 election. Noted is the country's economic revival and political stability under the leadership of the People's Democratic Party which brought a number of economic and political initiatives towards housing, transportation, and trade ties with India. Indicated is the higher priority placed on measures of diversifying the economy.
