Abstract

The authors discuss the significance of intranasal oxytocin (OXT) in cognitive emphatic ability improvement. They explore the compatibility of OXT beneficial effects on trust, affiliation and empathy with its anti-social effects. They point out that OXT's effect on human behavior are not based on absolute terms like antisocial or pro-social.
