Abstract
- The article presents the winners of the 2012 Convention Services Manager of the Year Award sponsored by Successful Meetings and the Event Service Professionals Association (ESPA) in the U.S. Teri Wiley credits her success to Al Hutchinson of Virginia Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau. Gail Eason is involved in organizing the World Convention of Narcotics Anonymous for 2013. Yoli Troncoso-Spaulding is the Catering and Conference Service Manager with EPIC in Miami.
