Abstract

The article presents research on the institutional complexity and institutional pluralism of corporate social responsibility initiatives as well as their authenticity. Discussed are the relevant literatures to draw their interconnections and to synthesize an integrative model. This initiative is considered as a descriptive conceptual theory building instead of an empirical validation attempt. Noted is its improvement of the stakeholder theory like understanding of stakeholder differences and assessment of stakeholder group combination.
