Leading the 'third wave' of reform.

The article focuses on the third wave, a collaborative autonomy-based educational reforms in Victoria. Needs of enhancing the complementary leadership skills in the principals of emerging autonomous schools in Victoria, role of the educational reform in enhancing the culture of schools as well as the impact of third wave in improving the interaction between schools and society are discussed. Impact of these reforms on the students' learning is also discussed.
