Endoscopic pyloromyotomy for postesophagectomy gastric outlet obstruction.

The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital's gastroenterology department for experiencing 2 weeks of vomiting after an esophagectomy surgery. The patient's esophagectomy has revealed a marked delay in passage of contrast through the gastroscope and pylorus and an endoscopic balloon dilation was performed. The article also discusses the method of endoscopic pyloromyotomy for postesophagectomy.
