Abstract: The article focuses on the Uganda's 2014-2015 budget presented by Maria Kiwanuka, Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development under the theme "Maintaining the Momentum: Infrastructure Investment for Growth and Social Economic Transformation." It mentions four interventions, which are the basis of budget strategy, vision to restore real gross domestic product (GDP) growth to seven percent per annum and transport, projection of communication and electricity as growth promoters.
