TITLE IX'S PROTECTIONS FOR TRANSGENDER STUDENT ATHLETES.

The article deconstructs concerns about the idea of transgender athletes, particularly transgender women and girls, competing alongside non-transgender peers, even in elementary and secondary sports. It argues that transgender students in K-12 schools must be permitted to participate in athletics according to their gender identity.
