Abstract

The article investigates how the asset management industry in the U.S. are meeting the demands of their middle and back-office operations, post global financial crisis of 2008-2009. Firms must seek new ways to increase efficiency due to decline in margins and fees, and in the face of growing range of regulatory and investor requirements.
