Abstract
- Analyzes the changes in the levels of adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (cAMP) and in the activity of protein kinase present as the active catalytic subunit (PKAc) in wood frog liver over time during freezing. Freeze tolerance; Cryoprotectant production; Ischemia resistance.
