Abstract
- Determines the changes in cardiac output, total peripheral vascular resistance and renal hemodynamics during chronic insulin infusion in rats. Hyperinsulinemia; Glomerular filtration rate; Sodium excretion; Suggestion that the ability of kidneys to excrete sodium was impaired chronically during insulin infusion.
