Conflict and Legislation Act.

This article (the first part here) is the fourth in a series of papers on the problem of the relation of conflict and law as a social phenomena. It is a detailed introduction to the specialized analysis of the legislation act as an element of the mechanism of law regulation and its role in system restriction of the social conflict.
