Abstract
- The article discusses the highlights of the IEEE/Robotics Society of Japan International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems held in Tokyo, Japan, on November 3-8, 2013. Topics include the papers submitted to the conference, plenary talks featured in the program which addressed advances in various fields of intelligent robots, and the social programs and exhibition held. It also discusses the IEEE presentation at the South by Southwest conferences and festivals in Texas in March 2014.
