Abstract: The article discusses the role of T helper 17 (Th17) cells in inflammation and tumor immunity in cancer patient. It examines the impact of Th17 cells to the immunity of tumor in healthy individuals or cancer patients. It also details the clinical relevance of Th17 cells for cancer treatment with a mutual enhancement in antitumor activity.
