Transparency in Chapter 15 Cases.

The article provides an overview of the information provided by representatives of foreign insolvency cases when finding relief under chapter 15 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. It presents ways to improve the paucity of information by inviting insolvency practitioners to share additional suggestions on the transparency of environment across the borders. Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure in the insolvency proceedings are also provided.
