Abstract
- The article explores the upward trend in the aviation industry in the U.S. as of April 15, 1930. Topics discussed include the recovery of aviation stocks, merger for Trans-Atlantic flights, and the popularity of gliding as a sport which creates demand for gliders. Among the companies that merge include National Air Transport and United Aircraft and Transport, the Wright Aeronautical Corp. and Curtiss-Wright, and Zeppelin Luftschiffbau which is forming a transport company with American partners.
