- Highlights: [•] CCl<subscript>4</subscript>-induced elevation of serum ALP and TBIL was reduced in TLR2<superscript>−/−</superscript> mice. [•] CCl<subscript>4</subscript>-induced liver collagen deposition was attenuated in TLR2<superscript>−/−</superscript> mice. [•] CCl<subscript>4</subscript>-induced inflammatory response was ameliorated in TLR2<superscript>−/−</superscript> mice.
