Annotated listing of new books.

The article presents information on the book "Uganda: The Challenge of Growth and Poverty Reduction." Here it takes stock of the outcomes of reforms in Uganda since 1987 and defines the next generation of issues that Uganda must address in its medium and long-term strategy for poverty reduction.
