The Old and the New Phenomenology of Religion.

The article presents the author's insights on the approach used by author Gerardus van der Leeuw in the analysis of the relationship between phenomenology and religion. The author describes the old phenomenology of religion given by van der Leeuw which focuses on the notion of life contrary to Michel Henry. He mentions the analysis of experience made by van der Leeuw to envisions his phenomenology.
