Preserving Cultural Heritage in the Context of Migratory Livelihoods.

The article discusses immigrants cultures' preservation of their heritage from the 1870s through the early 2010s, with a particular focus on Dietsche (German) Mennonite immigrants in Canada's preservation of their cultural heritage. The role that inheritance plays in the Mennonites' cultural preservation is discussed. Dietsche Mennonites migration from Mexico to Canada, including in regard to the economic aspects of this migration, is also discussed.
