THIRD GENDER.

The author focuses on the decision made by the Supreme Court of India on the affirmation of rights and privileges for group of society with large number of sexless members to gain its government rights and privileges in India. The sexless members will be categorized as third gender and as other backward class (OBC). The Supreme Court of India also provides the third gender members a unique identity to enjoy many fundamental rights in the country.
