Abstract: The article analyzes the impact of qualities and constraints in human capital in the labor force on the progress and development of the renewable energy sector in North Africa. Other topics discussed include characteristics of renewable energy as a sustainable development model, domestic needs and qualities and opportunities of renewable energy development. It also mentions challenges to policy making and impact on the progress of renewable energy.
