Abstract
- The article offers information on Indian government's 4000 crore rupees plan to revive Indian telephone and communication equipment manufacture Indian Telecom Industries (ITI). According to employees of ITI, the plan still remains on paper and the management of ITI has not yet made any move in implementing the plan. It mentions that a recent meeting with ITI chairman and managing director (CMD) K. L. Dhingra bore no results for employees.
