Abstract

The article focuses on the request for safe facility components storage funding and cessation of Lujan Neutron Scattering Center's Basic Energy Sciences (BES) operations following the release on March 4, 2014 of the U.S. President's budget submission for Fiscal Year 2015 (FY 2015).
