Abstract
- The article discusses a court case in Canada involving motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson. The Federal Court of Canada has allowed Harley-Davidson to sell its Screamin' Eagle brand of clothing and collateral items in Canada in connection with its well known Harley-Davidson trade mark. Meanwhile, the trade mark infringement claim by another party owning the trademark Screaming Eagle for use in association with the operation of retail clothing stores has been dismissed.
