Abstract
- The article presents a case study on the role of longitudinal approach in investigating the association between sociodemographic indicators and public park provision for defining the equity of park accessibility over an eighteen-year period in the city of Yokohama, Japan. The topics discussed include promotion of economic incentives for encouraging park provision by developers, association between park accessibility and house and land prices in the city, and environmental equity.
